I had an issue with my driving license and it was unclear whether I will be able to reach this destination or not, and they did make the extra mile to check with local agencies although, this was outside their responsibilities.

It’s absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it. The pool is great so much so that we spent as much time there as at the beach. The villa is set within stunning grounds and it is very peaceful. It is also well placed to visit some great beaches and the town of Menfi.
