Amazing hotel, staff were exceptional - assisted with directions to and around Venice, held our bags before and after check in and took them to the room. They also arranged for a taxi on departure. The room was fantastic, always clean and smelled amazing. Would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Venezia.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Room was nice, big and quiet - could even leave the window open during the night. There is also a free parking garage included. Breakfast is great - especially I enjoyed traditional hand-made Cappuccino & Espresso. Nice & friendly staff all around the hotel. It is about a 10 minutes walk into the small & lovely city.

Location Amazing. 25 meters from main station. Really easy to get to Venice (St Lucia) = The Island. Staff were very helpful. Room (Family) was very good. Asked for tea and milk n bar and they gave it to us. They didnt charge to store bags on on early arrival or late checkout. Breakfast good. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. Comfy beds.
