Villa Costanza has a way to make you feel at home. It is not too close to the station, to a very quiet traditional Italian neighborhood, but close enough to find your way about Venezia in a day. The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

    Very cosy family place. The thing that we liked most was the restaurant with delicious meals, nice prices and authentic design. Apartments and hotel are from same owners and it is family business. And we liked the atmosphere. Very good location not far from Venice for nice price.

    This is a hidden gem! The design, comfort, food and direct bus to Venice every 20 minutes. I would highly recommend staying here where you can relax and then visit the busy and touristy cities during the day. Absolutely magical garden with a big and clean pool. Murano lamps and art to see in the hotel. newly renovated bathrooms that were very fresh. my own A/C in the room and Wi-Fi was good. breakfast was a small but very very nice buffet of hot and cold choices plus cakes.

    The hotel was clean, spacious and had a lot of space to roam around. I found the property looked even better in real life than the photos. The staff there were so lovely and helpful and were able to answer all the questions I had. It’s a straight bus journey to mainland Venice which takes about 40 mins, so if you want to stay somewhere within budget I do recommend this hotel but think twice if you don’t want the extra travel.

    In short, Valentina wanted to make a perfect place with a feel good atmosphere, and she made it in superlative. The "green" house is an absolute plus. The interiour design was perfect with many nice details.

    Ideally situated within easy access to Venice Port (20 minutes drive). This B&B has secure car parking, with key for electronically operated gates, within its own grounds. The owner, Antonio, gave us a very friendly welcome and his personal service was second to none. The bedrooms were of high standard, with modern shower facilities provided. Full continental breakfast with a choice of delicious home made cakes were available within a beautifully designed breakfast room.
