Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. Sicilian tiles, designer armature in the bathroom, tasteful art hanging on the walls, not to mention a complete working kitchen, an upstairs sleeping area, 1 1/2 baths, and a lovely courtyard to hang out in at the end of the day, Historic Modica offered my family plenty of space and a comfortable and enjoyable break from this year's very hot Sicilian summer.
