Everything brand new, modern, slick, very very clean, shiny. AC in room works well. They spent a bundle on this place. Nice enough, although unprofessional staff. Not too far from the beach. This place would probably be good for a wedding party, have a big BBQ outside in the back, everyone in the same place, etc. The place has potential.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel, including the room was kept clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent, providing a variety of pastries, beverages, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and jam.

Smeraldo Suite Hotel & Spa is a modern building on San Benedetto del Tronto's beach front, 1.9 mi from the center. A panoramic glass elevator takes you to the rooftop terrace with hot tub.

The breakfast was excellent. The parking was very convenient. Lift was good. The jacuzzi was very romantic (albeit difficult entry and exit and draining). The grounds were very appealing. The electrics were superior.

    We were totally blown away by this location. A renovated castle has retained all the character and turned it into a stunning location. Excellent rooms, excellent food, excellent hosts, excellent ambiance. Guilio & Mariano and their Mama can be hugely proud of what they have achieved. Awesome and special experience 100% recommended.     The B&B is a recently restored castle, off the beaten track but close enough to the autostrada and restaurants, and just 10km from the sea. It's wonderfully quiet, with a few cats in residence in the grounds. The courtyard is lovely with a great view over the countryside and the sea in the distance. The hosts are very kind and even booked a restaurant nearby for our dinner. We stopped for just one night on our way back from our holidays, which was a pity as we would have liked to stay longer.
