It's true Hyatt style. Always lovely. We had some trouble getting to the hotel. Instructions wasn't clear. I'm always confident that I can get to where I'm going. But if you don't understand the water bus system, you are in for a surprise. Help... yep, few are willing to glance in your direction when your Italian is limited. Even when they do, they look at you like you have lost your marbles. You are left to figure it out on your own, in the rain, with luggage. I feel like the hotel needs to take a bit more responsibility. There should be a step by step option 1, 2 and 3 to get to the hotel. I sent a message asking for help to get to the hotel, I got a confusing war and peace novel. Anyhoo, it just took us 3 hours to get there, but we did in the end. You should also know, if you are in menopause, this hotel is a HOTPOCKET with central air. You have no way of cooling down other than opening balcony doors or windows. Otherwise, the stay was great. As I say, Hyatt is always a winner.

Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The room was comfy, had everything we needed, the location was so easy, not only to find when arriving but to get back to from other areas using the public transport as you just needed to aim for the train station. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Location was brilliant. Very close to St Marks Square and Rialto. Lovely old building hidden away from the crowds. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff very attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection.
Hotel A La Commedia is just 200 metres from Rialto Bridge and the water-bus stop, and a 10-minute stroll from St. Mark's Square. Its terrace offers romantic views of Venice.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Beautiful and modern hotel in centre of Murano - although it’s very small place. We visited in January but the courtyard garden looked beautiful and would be a nice space in the summer, with views over the water. The spa was small but lovely and we had great treatments from Elizabetta. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was small but nicely designed and the balcony would have been nice in the summer.
A modern, very stylish hotel in a former glass factory. Splendid design everywhere: Northern minimalistic artsy basis combined with local elements (glass art from Murano).
Excellent service quality. Best value for money.
I really enjoyed my stay @ Murano Villa - and I definitely want to come again.
Lovely boutique hotel on Murano. Murano is a bit of a quieter spot as it's not in the centre of Venice, but only a short ferry trip and still has the same charm (canals, boats, no cars). Staff were very friendly and room was comfortable.
This house was perfect for a family stay with 2 teenagers. We loved the modern design it had everything we needed. The house was situated in a quiet courtyard a short walk from the river bus stop on Murano from which we were able to explore Venice every day using the reliable boat services ( we bought 3 day passes). Murano was lovely and peaceful, plenty of choices of places to eat, local shops and supermarket nearby etc.
Hotel is really nice; beautiful design. I loved that they offered two water bottles per day for u to use and some coffee capsules, easy but such a nice touch for the guests. The lady at the reception was amazing! So lovely and helpful with explaining to us how to get to places. Bar manager at their bar was also incredible. The restaurant was a let down. Food was really bad. Breakfast was really good and staff was lovely.
We were a family of four travelling and had a wonderful stay NH Collection Murano Villa.
The location was amazing and peaceful, the staff were great and very helpful. The hotel design/building was stunning and the rooms were excellent.
Highly recommend staying in Murano away from the crowds in Venice.
Thanks for a memorable stay.
