We needed the staff help after we forgot a neckless in the room. We called the front desk the day after, they told us to send an email. We sent several emails, non of which got any respose. We asked to talk to the manager, and got no response either. The precious neckless was never found.

We had to pay for the shuttle service, but the drivers were very personable and helpful. We also had to pay separately for the bar and restaurant, but the prices were reasonable.
