This was a surprisingly great hotel. Room was new and clean. The views of the beach and sea from the balcony were great. The staff was excellent and helpful. The neighborhood was great for walking around and finding lunch and dinner and exploring the city. I travel a lot and was really impressed by this hotel.

Nice assortment of breakfast options. Delicious dinner menu. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our laundry was returned to us on the afternoon of the same day they picked it up that morning.

The place is special and beautiful with a special design both interior and exterior. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the outside as we came in winter, but it seemed very inviting.

Beautiful&stylish hotel, great location, lovely, friendly and super helpful staff everywhere including reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Rooms are super clean and made up to a very high standard. Bikes are provided for free and were always available whenever we needed them. The staff at the beach bar (who are also in charge of the sunbeds etc) were also very nice and made our stay even more pleasant.
Old World Service in a 5 star property! The service is exceptional and very personal attention. We especially enjoyed the stunning property and the pool was amazing! The tour of the Villa was a wonderful opportunity to learn more of the history.Very convenient to a local Restaurant, a short walk and wonderful food and service. Breakfast at Hotel excellent!Take the short walking path starting below pool area...
Excellent choice of classic-style rooms, from luxury to suites (mine had a classy Jacuzzi), with a touch of old style. Loved the seaview building, the rooms, the hospitality, and the location, perfectly centered on Piazzale della Libertà. Very neat even if there was moquette in some spaces.
the modern design of the room and of the bathroom, the large shower, the presence of a dispenser of hand soap and of body soap/shampoo, the breakfast in a comfy area.
It was clean, cute design and was wildly convenient to the beach, cute restaurants and bike path. We left our car parked for most of our stay and walked everywhere. The beach and lido were perfection. The food was perfect for sandy, salty lunches and after a week, the staff felt like friends. It was honestly a week that felt restful and handled which was exactly what we wanted.
Within walking distance from the center of Pesaro,in a car-free zone,an apartment designed and furnished with the utmost care. The apartment and Pesaro exceeded our expectations. Simply the best!
Loved the design, breakfast, staff, matres - all just perfect! Would come back again just for these reasons and few hotels actually have such good room quality.
The Dai Ventu is a wonderful experience! Mena is an absolutely stunning host - she makes you feel at home the moment you meet her. Her smile is contagious and her hospitality goes above and beyond!
Add to that the wonderful design of the house and the rooms and you sure want to come back.
And let's not forget Gus who keeps your company if you want.
Thank you, Mena, for making our stay such an exceptional experience!!
Very warm welcome by the owner and her son. Very stylish property in beautiful rural surrounds. Relaxed homely atmosphere set against a background of quality design touches.
Breakfast was copious with delicious home made pastries.
Great recommendation by Alfredo, the owner's son, for a local family run, busy restaurant above the town, called Il Falco, for an evening meal.
All in all highly recommended as a stopover, in our case on the way to the Ancona Ferry Port, or to explore the area.
