The rooms had a feeling of beautiful old style luxury, with gorgeous art every where. We had a comfortable bed, and the room had an ensuite, and a tiny bar fridge. It's not huge, but enough for our needs. Everything is very thoughtfully designed, so it's very convenient and cozy. The stairs are a little steep, as shown in the picture of the property, but it doesn't matter for us. It is located in 4th floor, there is an elevator. Gated community, designated parking space. Had a great time by the pool, especially the evenings by the pool with dinner and live music. Hotel location 35 min. taxi from Fiumicino airport, 1 hour to Rome and 15 minutes to the sea.
