A 20-minute stroll from Pompeii's ruins, stylish Abalon Pompei Resort is 900 metres from Pompeii Train Station.

I paid €120 for 3 nights which was ok, but if I'd have paid any more it wouldn't have been acceptable to be honest. Breakfast was 07:00-10:00 but tour/student groups get exclusive use of the breakfast room 08:00-09:00, if this id applicable you're told when you check in. I went for breakfast the first day, and I'm being literal here, there was 3 slices of salami, 2 slices of cheese, 3 pastries and cake left. You had to ask for tea and coffee which of course is fine but there was no one to ask. I got asked for my room number by 3 different women once they appeared, they then were clearly talking about me and were staring.... so a nice comfortabe breakfast time! Second day breakfast was a little better but very limited and items ran out and weren't replaced. The room was very tired and numerous lights didn't work. Shower was rusty. Towels were supplied, along with soaps and atiny shampoo. The water pressure was really good and nice and hot! I really liked there was fridage in the room which came with 2 small bottles of water that get replaced daily. There's a TV in the room but no remote, I guess you have to ask for it. The room was big which was nice. Free WIFI is good. The night staff doesn't speak English, which of course you shouldn't expect abroad anyeay, the interaction was still pleasant and I checked in fine. Took a copy of my passport but a credit card wasn't required which I like. Not much around the area but there are 2 supermarkets a few minutes walk on the same road. It can be hard to get an Uber or Taxi, the local taxis only take cash. There is a city tax of €3 per night due at checkout which can be paid by card or cash.

This elegant 5-star hotel is located at the foot of the green Lattari Mountains in the Pompeian Plain, close to the town of Sant'Antonio Abate.

The Grand Hotel Sonrisa is the most luxurious, flamboyant and entertaining hotels that we have ever stayed in. We kept thinking that we were in Las Vegas or Disneyland. Our suite was large and comfortable, and the outlook was spectacular. The breakfast was outstanding, and the service was friendly and efficient. The parking is secure and provides easy access for luggage. The Grand Hotel Sonrisa is a magical wonderland, and we would recommend this to anyone.

Half way between Pompeii and Sorrento in the Bay of Naples, Hotel Capo La Gala offers a large outdoor swimming pool and a small hydromassage pool.

We came here for a short after our wedding having read previous reviews of the hotel. The property was beautiful, located away from the center of Sorrento to give some peace but close enough to public transport to get in and out. The facilities were brilliant and the staff made it all the better. We felt completely at home by day 2 and the staff regularly go out of their way to ensure your stay is special

Offering views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from its panoramic terraces and pool, La Medusa is an elegant 18th-century building surrounded by oranges groves and lush gardens.

I would like to thank Antonino in particular. Also Gennaro and all the staff. This is a great hotel run brilliantly for its guests. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

With its seafront position in Castellamare di Stabia, Hotel Miramare Stabia offers modern rooms with partial or full sea views.

We paid for the breakfast and the selection and quality was exceptional. Our view was phenomenal and the front desk staff were great. We booked a tour to Pompeii through them. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a fabulous room.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment with lovely decor and the tiles were stunning. The downstairs restaurant was also lovely and we had drinks down there, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were very helpful as well and apartment was very clean. Also, a very good location close to Pompeii station and 20 minute walk from the Archaeological site. Would also recommend exploring Pompeii town as we found great food and bars, bustling with families, locals and tourists at night.

Central but hidden. Design of the rooms were very good. Easy to walk into Pompei town. Air conditioning very good and felt very safe within a gated area. Cleaners were lovely and standout praise for Antonio the nighttime staff member in charge who was super sweet and made us feel very welcome.

Great location. Fabulous setting and garden off-set from the road, which provides a lovely oasis of calm from the crowds and is a delightful place to eat or have a drink. Fantastic breakfast. Large, well-appointed, clean room - very good value for money. Very comfortable bed. Rooms are designed around an open, inner courtyard - very spacious and airy. Friendly, helpful staff.

This apartment is truly a gem! The location is perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to all the amenities you could need. The interior is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and stylish decor that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. But what truly sets this apartment apart is the host. The host went above and beyond to ensure that our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From providing helpful tips on local attractions to being responsive to any needs or concerns, the host truly makes us feel at home.

Great apartment and great hosts - very hospitable, kind and welcoming people, give us organic vegetables for dinner :) The apartment has everything you need: hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, dishes, air conditioning, hot water. Nice kitchen with with beautifully done interior design. There is private gated parking on the property. Maybe a bit far from the center and car needed, but for us was ok :)

This hotel was by far the best I've ever stayed at in Italy. Good size, clean and quiet room with modern furniture, lovely design, amazing café with breathtaking views over the archeological park, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. I booked an economy room but they gave me an upgrade as a surprise, free of charge!

Pretty new accommodation with superb Design and comfort. We stayed in the largest Suite, good space, everything works easy and is comfortable - especially regarding a 4star Hotel... most 5 star Hotels offer less in each aspect. Rooftop restaurant and Bar is fantastic... you just dont want to leave. The restaurant on ground floor offers great food and lovely service, the reception is extremely helpful and patient.
