The location is just outside the walls of the centro storico, making it easy to access, yet still within easy walking distance of historical sites, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was accessible by elevator. The renovation of this palazzo has been respectfully done. The bathroom included wonderful towel-warming racks and space for drying clothes. The skylights made it possible to see the moon and stars at night. The room felt spacious. The staff and owner are friendly, helpful, and more than accommodating.
A Casa Di Paola offers modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi in the heart of the historic center, a few steps from Basilica dello Spirito and 1640 feet from Ravenna Station.

The location of Albergo Cappello can’t be beat. It’s a block from the main piazza, within walking distance of most major tourist sites, and right across the street from the extensive covered market, where you can find food stores, restaurants, and shopping. The large, comfortable public lounges, restaurant, and bar offer fine places to eat and relax. Centuries-old features like frescoes and painted ceilings provide a sense of charming elegance, while the modern bathrooms and glass elevator give guests the efficiency they appreciate.
I would particularly like to compliment the efficient and caring staff. I am an older lady traveling alone, and I had the misfortune to fall and break my wrist while visiting a local church. The hotel receptionists as well as the waitress and cleaning lady all offered kindness and much appreciated assistance. They provided ice to help with the swelling, helped me pack my suitcase, even adjusted my sling and put on my coat. I don’t know how I would have managed without their cheerful kindness.

The breakfast buffet was great! There were plenty of choices and everything was very tasty.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
A fantastic B&B with well designed and very comfy rooms and the best breakfast I’ve had including in 5 star hotels! Rossella the host, is amazing - kind, friendly, flexible and a great communicator - and she puts so many small touches to the stay that make such a difference
The room was wide, high ceilings and wide windows overlooking onto a lovely courtyard exquisitely designed. This is an old orphanage so all spaces are very big and airy. The building has all the charm you would expect in an old Italian town.
The little casetta has been converted into a beautiful guest house full of lovely design elements and very nicely furnished. All details have clearly been thought of with the guests' comfort in mind. The two terraces are a real plus. Silvia is a very charming hostess. Her English is excellent. She provided very useful documentation on Ravenna, and was always available in person when we had questions. Her recommendations for cafés and restaurants proved to be excellent.
Beautiful little R&B with lovely rooms and an amazing courtyard. A great find, only a few steps from the pedestrianised centre.
Book asap as you will not be disappointed in this boutique hotel.
Great atmosphere, perfect location, good taste in interior design, old, historical building, well renovated, nice courtyard plus welcoming staff. What else do you need?
Cant beat the location. Lovely small boutique hotel that had lots of charm. The bar downstairs is lovely for afternoon drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Room was extra large and beautiful.. Ravenna is a lovely place to stay.
The kitchen is outstanding! The owners invested a lot of money in the interior design, which really shows.
The appartment is positioned above a great café//restaurant.
This apartment can definitely be rated 5 stars: cleanliness, great design, everything you need for a relaxing stay, good location (quiet area, but close to all the attractions of the city). And a lovely breakfast as a bonus, although Booking didn't promise food at this place. And finally, wonderful hosts who are always in touch..
