My son and I spent a night Locanda Ponte Dante - we really liked the hotel - great location, walking distance from the train station, nice and clean room with a view of the river and the breakfast in the morning was tasty with a good variety. The only confusion was around check out time - we were told in our booking that check out was at 11 AM - but at breakfast we were told 10:30. Other than that minor issue - I would gladly stay here again.

The atmosphere of the historic building was superb. We also liked the location, right in the centre, lots of good restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and friendly, ready to give reccommendations. Everything was clean. Very interesting building, and the penthouse room had an unconventional layout while being still comfortable.

Hotel Forte del 48 in San Donà is a 30-minute train ride from Venice and 14 miles from the Adriatic coast. Its restaurant serves homemade pasta dishes and desserts.

This is one of the nicest locations in the Eraclea area that I stayed-in or visited. The staff is very friendly and really makes everything for the guests. The rooms are good sized and have good quality furniture. The breakfast was great with a lot of things to choose, starting with mortadella and finishing with the filled croissants and fresh fruits.
