The owners have paid attention to every detail in the room, which was exceptionally clean. Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning unit had a malfunction. We informed the owner right away, and while we were out exploring the city, the issue was promptly fixed. We returned to a pleasantly cool and comfortable room. For breakfast, we wished to eat on the terrace, and the owners immediately made that possible. We were especially touched by a kind gesture from the owners at check-out, which left a wonderful impression. We will definitely be coming back – we felt truly great here.

The staff was really lovely, the room looked great, was very spacious, super clean, the bathroom was large and stylish. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, and they have a kids corner with a choice of kids’ breakfast choices, plastic cups, plates, bowls etc, colouring sheets, books and toys. Our kids absolutely loved it. Being a bit further away from the lake and the pretty lakeside towns it offers better rates, while still being a very short drive from the main attractions on that side of the lake.

Our host was delightful and very generous, offering us coffee, beer, cake, water on arrival! We were able to get into our room when we needed to although we arrived early. Room was large with a/c, comfortable bed, sofa, table etc and good bathroom. Shared terrace and garden too was lovely. All very well laid out. We had dinner in Villa Franca, but probably could have found something closer. Very good served breakfast was most welcome. Excellent value and so convenient for our last night in Italy before early flight. 15 mins easy drive to Verona airport. Perfect! Thank you PietroGiorgio!
