Hotel Regina Palace is a majestic Art Nouveau building offering refined classic-style interiors and a large garden with pool. It is right on the shore of Lake Maggiore, in Stresa.

Regina Palace is a beautiful, art nouveau hotel, it’s like stepping back in time with lovely antique furniture and grand chandeliers. Its position overlooking the lake is perfect. We walked to and from the hotel from the train station which is a straightforward route, 600 metres away. On early arrival (to store our luggage) we were extremely pleased and grateful for an early check in and also a room upgrade to an elegant lake view room with a balcony and view. Our room was enormous, extremely clean, with both a bath and shower. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very happy to assist. The breakfast is simply amazing and the location is superb, we sat looking out onto the lake which was perfect. The wellness area, grotto and pool was beautifully warm and so relaxing. We had a perfect stay and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and returning for a longer stay.

Everything was excellent! Welcome drinks, a little cake and dried fruit in room on arrival. The breakfast was outstanding! Guest were even taking photos!

Bathroom recently renewed, breakfast was amazing with large choice of cakes, fruits, and savory options. The hotel staff was superkind and we felt welcome and pampered.

    Amazing location close to the lake and the city center. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with the possibility of having some small special demands like lactose free products. That was much appreciated. Unique interior design in a style on an old mansion. Definitely place to come back.

    Close to central Stresa, easy walk down to ferry terminal, stunning property, gorgeous apartment. View of lake. Taxies readily available and Marta is lovely host even drove us back to train station when we checked out. 110% all round l Would stay again. No doubt

    New boutique apartment meets sleek, simple, streamlined, functional design. The lack of mobile internet was a little confusing when entering and exiting Lapat, but it was easily resolved with a phone call. The apartment is fully equipped with everything. I loved the view from the veranda, the proximity to the sea, and the convenience of being close to the central station.

    Exceptionally clean, fully equipped, everything is brand new, lovely design. Even though I’ve stayed just for one night and didn’t use the kitchen, all the utensils are there for you. The bed and mattress are very comfortable. You can park next to the property for free, which is great. The apartment is very close to the city center, just 10 min walk to the lake promenade or to the Stresa train station. It’s so quite and peaceful.

    Room was compact but very clean with and had a well thought out design with lovely art work. I was lucky enough to have a view of the Isola Bella from the bathroom. The view from the balcony was to die for . For the price I could only get the back room of at other similar hotels. I love the flowers in their garden keeping in tradition with bygone days. The pool was lovely for a swim in the afternoons. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

    Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! Thank you for perfect hospitality
