Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought the location was great - quiet neighborhood of Cannaregio and a Vaporetto station right near the hotel. The family room we had was very nice, big and clean.

Loved the location and the staff was so friendly. Helped us make reservations for dinner and to navigate the city.
They were able to hold our bags upon checkin because we were early and checkout.
Offered a free shuttle murano to explore.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
First of all, we came early to the hotel asking if we could drop off our luggage. The gentleman who received us checked his computer and said that he had a room ready for us... at about 9:30 am! What a delight. We were able to relax for a few hours before we went by bus to Venice. He addressed all our questions and made suggestions as to proceed. In addition, the room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed. A "real" breakfast was available to us before we left for our early flight.
The lady we met Clara was so lovely and friendly she was so helpful with the shuttle bus etc lots of advise and directed us towards a gorgeous Italian restaurant very close by
Breakfast was excellent with good mix of fruit ,yoghurt, muesli, and cooked eggs, bacon mushrooms etc.
Room was well designed spacious clean and very comfortable.
Staff were efficient, helpful, with a ready smile.
Very stylish design, the room was super large. Also very quiet. Perfect for a night sleep before the flight, the airport is 15 min away by foot, there is also a shuttle I think.
Beutiful interior design and location on a walking distance to the airport. Many cafes and dining spaces near the object.
