We loved everything about the hotel. From the moment we arrived in the lashing rain after a long day travelling we just relaxed straight away. I loved the old Italian simple style of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was simple, a good size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really nice, we especially enjoyed a glass of prosecco with it haha and enjoying the views of the lake. We are big dog lovers so we really loved their little dog, he was so cute. The location was excellent. We will definitely be back.

An amazing location right on the lakeside, traffic free but full of life. The room was quirky, modern and spacious. We were delighted to be upgraded to a wonderful lake view from our balcony. We appreciated the kettle and fridge. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of choice and freshly cooked eggs. Be prepared to shower in full public view of your partner! The promenade outside the hotel was beautiful with lots of choices of places to eat, drink and sit and people watch.
Lefay Resort is on the coast of Lake Garda in Gargnano, surrounded by hills and olive groves. It offers a wellness centre, panoramic views of the lake, and a free shuttle to the town centre.

Difficult to fault our stay. Room was perfect size for 2 of us. I don’t think I have stayed in a cleaner hotel before! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The marina was just over the road with the perfect spot to watch the sun set. There’s no lift and parking at the hotel was €18

Hands down the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast choice was extensive, pastries, fruits, breads, cereal, scrambled egg etc. The pool however, was our favourite. It's very private, quiet & incredibly relaxing. The staff were always very helpful and attentive.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
What a delight! The large garden is lovely for relaxing in the shade with a drink from the "bar" before taking the 10-min walk to the lake. The kitchen facilities (fridge, kettle, sink, microwave) were useful. The rooms are large and gorgeous, as well as being spotlessly clean. The breakfast seemed to be great value but we unfortunately had an early start.
The location is simply perfect. The view from the balcony in the room on the second floor is amazing, you can sunbathe on the balcony, and the waves are right below it. Beautiful, green, clean mini-park.
The style is country, with old furniture and design from the 90s.

The villa's position is great, incredibly close to the lake. It has a free parking right in front of the property, which I also appreciated. Bicycles are also available, but we didn't use them. Very clean with a unique design of the rooms and bathroom.
The design and layout was really cool. Kind of like a budget eco resort. Bed was comfortable. Pool is a bonus on a hot day- saves you from driving down to the lake to cool off. The little town down by the lake is very cute.
A beautifully renovated and comfortable boutique hotel, in a quiet location only a short 2 minute walk from the lake with a lovely beach. Excellent access to ferries and surrounding towns.
This was a lovely location...quieter than the other villages. Nice restaurants. Pretty boutique hotel with a great terrace and sunloungers around the pool. Great breakfast buffet. Very convenient to pick up ferry boat.
The hosts were lovely, the hostel was gorgeous and quirky and the gardens were even better. The dogs and chickens were a lovely surprise. The location was perfect, in a charming, picturesque town, with a short walk to restaurants, ice cream and the beach. The scenery was stunning: mountains on one side and Lake Garda on the other. A perfect place for a holiday.
