The location is amazing, close to all the action but in a quiet street. It had excellent air conditioning in the room. It was exceptionally clean, so kudos to the cleaning team as they do a brilliant job. The reception/other staff were friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. The first time arriving with our rental car was not easy to find but in the end it is very central and quiet. The hotel has an efficient car park service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The interior design in the common areas of the hotel and the room is sublime. For a city hotel the room and bathroom are very spacious. And everything has been thought of in the room. We were guessing they must be onterior designers and we were right 😊 they were also really kind and helpful, Francesco drove us to the port and helped us book a boat to Favignana.
