United StatesEverything was new and exceptionally clean. Bordering on sterile, I would say. Room was rather small, but as expected by European standards. Entire staff from proprietor to housekeeping were absolutely incredible. I had the misfortune of falling ill on my last day and the owner himself rushed down to the hotel and insisted I get examined by a doctor. He personally escorted us to numerous locations until I was able to be seen. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or its staff. They were exceedingly gracious and accommodating. Italians are very special people. Everyone here has been fantastic.
