We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, high-class hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is spotless, elegant, and offers ideal accommodations. The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service.
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting.
A huge thank you to Oulaia, Loujain and Dorra for their kindness, sweetness, and impeccable service — they are both lovely and so professional. A special thank you to Bayan for her generosity and heartwarming words that we will never forget. She is truly an exceptional woman with all the qualities of a great manager. And of course, a big thank you to Saeed whose incredible help with valet service and so much more, was deeply appreciated.
Every person we encountered helped make this stay so special. There is absolutely nothing negative to say — everyone deserves the best. We will definitely come back!

The Boutique Hotel is a family run hotel located in the downtown of Amman! We were 6 friends and had all booked single rooms. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, we always felt special as guests and all the wishes were accomodated for. The best was the nice view from the roof top terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and where you can sit in the evenings as well. Overall, I can definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Lovely place, lovely staff!

The hotel is new and exceptionally well designed. The rooms were spacious, very quiet and really clean. The breakfast offering was also amazing and catered for a range of tastes - the restaurant, reception and concierge staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa was also lovely. Really felt like a true 5 star experience.
What a beautiful design Hotel in one of the best hipster areas of Amman. Let alone the excellent service and friendly staff. Soon to come (ca. July 2023) - a stylish rooftop. Happy to visit again 😎🙌 …
I only have best things to say about this hotel: Gorgeous funky design, well serviced hotel, fabulous staff, all very helpful and take good care of travellers, wonderful location, and the size of the rooms, its design, sweeping views over Amman all just added to one of the recent best hotel stays for me.
And...not to forget, a delicious Manakesh-Zaatar at Breakfast!
We stayed for only one night but we wish we had stayed longer: it's a beautifully designed boutique hotel in downtown Amman and within walking distance to all main attractions. The staffa was as great as the room and the amazing breakfast. I'd definitely go back
Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel with lovely hand made interior design.
Really kind staff, ready to help you with everything you need.
Good location, near to downtown and to the Citadel.
