United KingdomThe location of the hotel is ideal- right next to the bus and train station, as well as the mall, making it easy to get around. The rooms are on the small size, but fairly typical for Japan, but if travelling with more than one large suitcase it's a little tight. The bed was a little on the firmer side, but I requested more pillows on account of being pregnant which they brought up to the room for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out is simple and our room had an amazing view of Sakurajima. There is also an amazing bakery right around the corner which is perfect if you haven't got breakfast included.

JapanIt is a beautiful hotel. I loved the main elevator and the cute wedding chapel. Also, the view of Sakurajima from our room was amazing.
Their buffet was fantastic. There were so many choices and all of the food was delicious.
