JapanIt is a beautiful hotel. I loved the main elevator and the cute wedding chapel. Also, the view of Sakurajima from our room was amazing.
Their buffet was fantastic. There were so many choices and all of the food was delicious.

I was struggling to get a taxi for an early flight, so they offered me a lift themselves to help me out. They also helped me print out my boarding pass. After our bath we were so toasty and warm we could have walked around in our yukata for ages! Fantastic location of hotel as next to Lawson and main info area. Most of the staff are able and willing to communicate in English which is rare in Japan. It's very peaceful, surrounded by trees and we were visited by a couple of deer in the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, much more so than other places we've stayed.
