In the Kita Ward district of Okayama, close to Rian Bunko Art Museum, Torii-Kuguru has a garden and a washing machine. This 1-star guest house offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service.

the way to the place was not too long from the station, but it lied through couple of really dark alleys so as a female solo travel i was having all sorts of thoughts while walking there. the stuff was friendly and the place was clean, but it was terribly cold to the point that it became difficult to fall asleep. I understand the construction of japanese houses but this one ac clearly wasn't enough to heat a giant room. also it was a bit noisy the whole night, i guess other residents were being loud. bonus points for the cool girls i met during stay. if you're not staying in cold weather it will be okay, but it really depends on the neighbours as in all dorms.
