Fantastic location right near the TV tower and station. Fantastic onsen and breakfast. Good sized rooms with all the amenities needed.

As always this hotel delivers on staff, breakfast, room comfort. I've tried others in Sapporo but this is my favourite.

    Might be the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.. Amenities, (even a hair curler???), bed, pajamas and room cleaning everyday was a great luxury for me. The room is also thoughtfully designed where you can push your luggage under the bed for more walking space.

    I honestly booked this hotel because of the interior design, I love books and cafe. This for me is like the best combo! With that being said, I expect the staff to be more educated and friendly in such a peaceful concept and working environment.

    The hotel is lovely, it has a young yet classy atmosphere.The lounge and rooftop bar are very nicely designed. The patephone in the rooms is a great idea and we had great fun using it The bed is very comfortable, the shower is amazing and the toilet is top notch.Location is good next to city center and the television tower.

    It's a nice boutique hotel. the rooms were very clean and new. We love the bathrooms design and comfort. The room size was big and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. Totally enjoyed our stay. Staffs were very friendly as well. Great location where we could walk to the shopping districts.

    They really had lots of fun books in the lobby. Even though I can't read Japanese, there still are some nice photography and travel books. It's free to borrow and you can read in the room. Nice location, almost no need to use an umbrella when you go to the subway station nearby when heavy snow. Cozy and compact interior design. Fantastic staffs even helped us print documents (though communication is quite a pain since their English was not quite good). Lovely breakfast, especially the bread tastes great!

    Very cosy and friendly atmospere! Australian owner with his son created very nice spot to stay as theirs lovely hobby for surfing and music implemented. Very new, well designed. Exceptional 5 stars quality beds, very comfortable to sleep! Pet friendly. Very reasonable in cost, should be much higher... We stayed with family in separete room together with our small dog. Came ocassionally as couldn't find pet friendly hotel around. But enjoyed very much to stay, feels as superior boutique hotel!
