Centrally located in Shibuya, Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel offers spacious rooms with panoramic city views. The hotel features a fitness center and a range of dining options.

The location of the hotel is perfection. When booking a room the "Cerulean Floors" are the best and that's why they charge you more for the higher floors. The rooms are updated, impeccable and laid out nicely. The beds are so comfy! They have all the toiletries you can possibly need so don't pack extra for that. The pajamas are also so comfy.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located right next to JR Tokyo Station.

The staff wants to be helpful, but they are inexperienced. There did not seem to be anyone in charge who was experienced. For a hotel of this level there should be a good concierge who can really be helpful. We had much more helpful staff at every other hotel in Japan.

Really great value for money. A lovely boutique hotel located right beside Akihabara - one of the coolest spots in Tokyo. Guests get a free coffee on arrival. Really recommend staying here for location, price and interior design. Also located away from a main road so quiet at night.

Room was really spacious (esp. given Japanese hotel standards), quiet and with a great double bed. Kudos on top-notch interior design, including modern turntable and eclectic choice of records. Staff was friendly and attentive. A real boutique hotel. The bar/breakfast area was also nicely designed as well and had good coffee (and coffee tonic). Somewhat “hipster“ in a positive sense — large windows łooking at the back entrance of JPX Tokyo Stock Exchange. Nice bar on ground floor specializing in sawa-based drinks.

Lovely boutique hotel with quality finishes, beautiful teas in each room, lovely soaps etc. A very comfortable bed. A well thought out design to the room, which made the most of the space. Really nice to have a cafe directly below. Great location - walking distance to station and restaurants. Staff were lovely and accommodating, especially when we were unable to make our first day of accom, due to a typhoon. Thank you!
