Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious with a tatami area by the window. All amenities available by reception, with a large selection of yukata for use throughout the hotel and in the onsen on the 3rd floor. Free hotel parking is available.
Location was great, next door to large supermarket and close to restaurants. Room very comfortable and bonus having parking. Lovely hotel for exploring the region. Would definitely stay here again!
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked. However the stay here at Kaichoen was very fabulous. Onsen lovely. Room huge by Japanese standards and even by Australian standards. Greeting by staff in pouring rain amazing.
I loved that staff were willing to communicate with us even though we don’t speak Japanese. We managed to organise breakfast. Breakfast was the best we have had in Japan. Thank you for a very unexpected and memorable experience. Highly recommend.
i like the design of having a set of table inside.
the closet is large enough
