AC in the room wasn't working even when the temperature reached 20°C above, solution given was to leave windows open to cool room down. Water in shower will suddenly get extremely cold and/or boiling hot. During checkout, I left 6 packets of cheese in reception and asked to be kept in fridge. I got home and found out two were eaten, what's even more upsetting is they kept their leftover in the bag together with the unopened packets instead of throwing it out.
