Where do I begin... Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. The staff are sooooo friendly, Maya, Mostafa, Mohamad, Elie and Daniel are all friendly , helpful and professional. From my experience, I say this is the best hotel in Jounieh and the surrounding. Tasty food, lovely terrace, even the other guests are classy. They have two restaurants. In our room I could see the mountain and the beach at the same time, which is great. The most important thing is that you feel welcomed from the first second you arrive to the hotel Highly recommended

Its one of the most astonishing & panoramic view hotel I have ever visited, but unfortunately its badly maintained. I had different problems in my first room (303), and on the next day, they moved us to a second room with different problems. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and cooptative specially Tia & Elie. The bedsheets are clean and no bad smell, the towels are clean and refreshing. The hotel is located in a quite area, and near to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.
