Owner and staff are brilliant - we arrived extremely early (530am) expecting to have to wait until it opened later in the morning only to find they opened up for us and already had the room waiting - after an 8 hr overnight journey that was most welcome. Helped with information and booking the various trips we went on as well as the taxi back to the airport.

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. What we liked is that you have both the lagoon and sea side. Very relaxing environment. VERY long swimming pool (100m!) with shaded sitting areas around the pool. The food is delicious.

Generally all staff were friendly and sincere.

First and foremost, the staff are exceptional - I arrived super late and was picked up at the airport (additional charge) and the driver was professional. Kalaka (may have spelled wrong) checked me in and made sure I understood the system for the Ayurveda appointments. The room was lovely and the surroundings relaxed. The pool is clean and a good size. All the staff smile and say hello - such a great feature of the Jetwing experience! Ayurveda treatments are just amazing!

1. Hotel J’s staff is excellent. The staff is as good as any at a five star hotel
2. Hotel J swimming pool is bathtub temperature and clean.
3. The ground are nice green grass with beach lounge chairs
4. The property is on a nice walkable beach
5. Hotel J is on a making drag where you can walk to shops and restaurants.

Stunning heritage property nestled amongst beautiful gardens. It’s a complete sanctuary with a beautiful pool and lots of birds. The staff are super attentive and it’s gives the feeling of being in a private villa with all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel.
A fabulous boutique hotel, excellent value for money. The room was gorgeous and facilities great, although we were only there for one night. The meal we ate in the restaurant was superb and the shuttle bus to the airport was perfect. Couldn't find a single thing to fault about this lovely hotel with super friendly staff.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel in a quiet area set. Set back away from the road . Lovely small pool and roof terrace . Very peaceful. Good breakfast. We would highly recommend it.

Our time at Ayur Ayur was perfect. We needed a place to relax after landing late at night. The hotel is an easy taxi ride from the airport and a great place to acclimatise before beginning your trip. The rooms are clean, stylish and the grounds are gorgeous. The staff make it even better with their big smiles and willingness to help out. A special shout out to the lovely manager who was super welcoming and drove us to Colombo train station. The massages are affordable and very good too. I highly recommend.
Great stay at Belmont Boutique Hotel. I've absolutely loved the design of the hotel and lovely conversation about it with Mahinda, the hotel manager. The service there was 5*, everyone was very well trained and professional. Greetings to the best waiter in Sri Lanka, Prandeep and to the reception guy, Chamidu. You guys are the best. Great service, free airport drop off, best night sleep. Keep it up Mahinda and the team!
Lovely boutique hotel in a peaceful location in Negombo. Room was beautifully designed with all amenities. The hotel has opened in 2022. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
We would go back to the Belmont Boutique Hotel if we stay in Negombo.
