The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

They upgrade our room to suite probably I told them it's my wife birthday. suite room was fantastic, large enough for us three, decorated with birthday balloons when we entered room after lunch on arrival day. they also extended check out time until 5pm. their service was great. they kindly arranged limousine service to bus terminal for departure. we decided to choose Galaxy Macau hotel as the rating was very high 9.2 and price was very reasonable for Sunday Monday one night. we are very happy and want to come back.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel staff is very attentive and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything is brand new, superb design and perfect location. The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.

    The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in providing directions on how to get around Macau to see the sights. Easy access to a vast number of shops including designer label outlets. Definitely a high end hotel at very affordable prices.
