Very nice hotel in the center of St.Julinan bay. The room was perfect, spacious and very clean. Even the place is very lively at night the hotel is peaceful and quiet.

The rooms are different from photos,be prepared to be disappointed.There were no bottles with water,toothbrushes,slippers and we had to ask for them.Even after asking we received only one pair of slippers for the double room.The plugs are different from the ones we use in Europe,and reception doesn’t have enough adaptors for all the guests.Also,we heard literally everything happening next room,so the sound isolation is awful. The breakfast is average,location is good.

Good value: room was bigger than we expected, good breakfast with lots of options and some variety from day to day, the rooftop for sunbathing and the indoor pool and sauna - though those were a bit busy at the end of the day. Casa Ellul is a very quaint hotel that has very unique rooms. It has amazing food, drinks, and the people working here are so kind and helpful. This hotel is on a walking street, which made it a very relaxing stay and easy to get around. I highly recommend choosing this play if you are wanting a full Valletta experience.
