MexicoI loved the facilities and the security it has. Makes you feel safe. The common areas are excellent. I just went for one night, but if I would have known the quality of the hotel, I would have arrived earlier to go into the pool.

The bed was large and very comfortable with ample pillows for the two of us. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and a very good size. There is a wonderful spa on site, which you must pay extra for, but we have used it many times before and is well worth it. The basic room we reserved seemed bigger in the pictures then in real life so we chose to upgrade. Check in was easy and host was accommodating. The library is a nice touch, comfortable and quiet. Staff is more than hospitable and helpful. They are exceptionally kind. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. The shower and sink water pressure is outstanding! The shower was well designed and had excellent water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly. The in-house restaurant for dinner were lovely and staff were attentive.
