This is a beautiful hotel—but it’s too bad the front desk staff isn’t very friendly/helpful and it’s not in the best location—a little sketchy walking there from the tourist area where all the sites are. Also, I hated having no coffee in the room…if you want some you have to go buy it in the restaurant. I don’t like to walk up to the front desk with 4 people behind the desk and only one person being helped and not even be acknowledged for 5 minutes. They held out bags for us because we arrived early and it took forever to get our bags out of storage

Hotel Andante is unique and fabulous. The design, decor and art work centered on classical music and composers is quirky, interesting and works. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the location is great, just one block from the zocalo among some of the most beautiful buildings in Puebla, yet surprisingly quiet at night. It is one of our favorite hotel experiences anywhere at a very reasonable cost.

Our room was wonderful. I loved the bathtub, a rarity. Close to walk to the mall for a variety of foods. Great location to walk the dogs. Felt very safe.

We had a couple of great massages, booked a day in advance. The staff was great! Never ate there, but had some excellent drinks at the bar. Great location, easy walk to everything in historic center.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.

Conveniently set in the Puebla Centro district of Puebla, Hotel Puebla de Antaño is located a 3-minute walk from Biblioteca Palafoxiana, half a mile from Puebla Convention Center and 4 miles from...
Overall it was fine...This hotel offers good, clean and comfortable stay at a good price. It's located in a safe area of the city. Architecture and interior design was very nice.
Beautiful quirky boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! Just what you would want in a 16th century home! The staff are just amazing! So helpful and friendly. Lovely linens and very clean.
Short walk to everything you want to see in central.
The was a super boutique hotel located right in the artists district and I was able to see the Los Sapos market from my rooms. The room was really lovely decorated and well equipped (even with a Japanese toilet!). The huge bed I had was very comfy and the room was a very good size. The roof top pool was a nice place to relax as well.
I thought it offered great value for money and I'd recommend!
What a beautiful hotel! The interior design is stunning, the room very comfortable and Francesca and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Totally love this place!
Gorgeous interior design, friendly hosts and everything (I mean literally everything, they even had a little sign saying to get in touch if they had missed anything.. which they hadn't!) you could possibly need for a few nights stay. Loved sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast!
