Because there's road from another side. But the ocean view just gorgeous. The room is big with a kitchen and some kitchenware. Restoran and bar on the territory are good. Our room was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, the kitchen was great and we could make tea. The pool was lovely with its infinity view to the sea and we enjoyed a swim after being in the sea. We had plenty of charging sockets.
