The breakfast is good but the best dishes finishes fast so you need to wait a lot so they refresh them. The location is good even though is not very close to a beach but it does have a mall very near.
Featuring an outdoor pool, this Boca del Rio hotel is 4 mi from Veracruz main square. This hotel is on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico and has free WiFi.

This is a historic hotel and it's well taken care of. The indoor pools are amazing and the gardens are beautiful. Staff was super friendly and always willing to help carry things, they gave us a new room when requested, so If you are staying here make sure you get a room close to the lobby and pools.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Best location for a stay in Veracruz, with an excellent restaurant next to the hotel. The rooms, design, staff, daily breakfast and the view from the pool area onto the sea is amazing. A perfect getaway hotel !
The building, on the outside at least, is lovely. That and the location is really the only reason this hotel still has acceptable reviews. And the parking is free.
A friendly old school hotel.
Reception staff lovely—special thanks for the early check in—and very helpful.
Superb location especially with regard to enjoying Vera Cruz's Saturday night Danzon.
