I don't recommend this hotel at all . Check-in was 15.00, which is very late .we had a very long trip to reach the hotel and was waiting a long time in the lobby . When I fell in sleep in the lobby a very rude staff woke me and said don't sleep here !! For the first time in my life, I paid for a bucket of ice, which is free all around the world. All in all, there are a lot of hotels much better than this hotel in KL .don't stay at this hotel . By the way, the neighbourhood is very dirty and full of mouses .

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel could be more clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Sahoor breakfast was good, with multiple food options. Special shoutout to Ruban at front desk for being extra considerate to ensure our stay was comfortable.

    - close to Zoo Negara, and 30 minutes to KLCC - very clean - wifi connection is good, netflix is working - aircon is also cold - fridge, oven, stove, even a pan are provided. - there's a pool below, but we didn't use - i slept on the sofa bed, it was pretty comfortable - owner briefed us beforehand thru whatsapp on how to get the keys and the rules etc. - designated free parking provided
