IrelandThe city of Leon is a brilliant cultural experience. It's painful recent history has been carefully remembered without being oppressive to tourists. The Hotel Flor de Sarta is nicely located on the edge of the city centre so guests can spend time in the bustling city as well as relax within the hotel area. There is a small pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down and there is a quiet courtyard where you can sit and read under cover during the heat of the day. Breakfast is typically Nicaraguan, which means it is simple but excellent. If you prefer something different there are plenty of cafes nearby. In summary, Hotel Flor de Sarta is excellent for a visit to the city of Leon.

We enjoyed breakfast in the delightful shady courtyard and the staff were great, really helpful. Our bedroom had French doors onto the gorgeous balcony which we very much enjoyed sitting out in every evening in the rocking chairs (be careful which room you book, not all have French doors or windows ). Very chilled and comfortable, tasteful and boutique style design, always spotless, breakfast is delicious and staff are very helpful. Lots of chill out areas & small gym onsite too. We extended our stay for 4 nights as loved it here. Felt like a taste of home.
