This is the 4th time we stay over at this hotel, we find the location very convenient - right in the center. Two out of these four times, we had special service as "guests of the day", one including free beverage at the downstairs bar, and one including free breakfast for both of us for the next morning. Receptionists are very kind and the room is always nice and clean. Complemetary fruit and infused water at the lobby as well. Overall we quite enjoy the hotel and definitely recommend.

Everything about the hotel reflected "Quality". from stepping inside as i arrived, until checking out on the last morning, i could not fault anything. The cleanliness was superb, and the attention to detail in every area of the hotel was clear to be seen. Also, the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was really good - even to the point i had the same meal for dinner two nights in a row because it was so good.

ANNO is situated above a discotheque, in the lively centre of Almere between shops and cinemas. By train you have a direct connection with Amsterdam centre (22min) and the airport schiphol (38 min).

Didn’t have breakfast. Too expensive. Would have liked more outside seating . I was in 315 and a bench outside the block would have been useful

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient for where we needed to be. There was a lot of space available and the quaint atmosphere of the building was attractive, with lovely views out of the window on the top floor. Value for money was excellent.

This family-run B&B is a floating-villa moored on the IJ-Lake in Amsterdam IJburg, the most innovative and famous new urbanization in Netherlands.

Our room was beautifully appointed , the breakfast was just the best.., and saved us money because we definitely didn’t need to buy lunch! The best part of our stay? Camilla, our host. Camilla’s care and attention, make staying at Breitner house truly special.
