Beautiful hotel, rooms were cleaned daily, staff were very helpful, informative, friendly and chatty. We ate in the Lido restaurant and the food was amazing!! There's also a free shuttle service from the hotel that drops you near to the city centre which was very helpful.

The location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from Rotterdam Central Station and many other tourist attractions. It is situated in a crowded and hustle street, where I found many interesting stores. Supermarket is just a few steps away. The bar is warm and cozy at night, delightful for a short trip. I shared my dorm with 7 other girls, who are very cute, polite, and friendly. The staff are extremely nice, they allow me to check in from 2pm, because I arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I go to Rotterdam.

Fantastic staff and great location. Large wet room with good shower and plenty of hot water. Outside restaurant tables were ideal for a few drinks in the late afternoon/early evening. Fridge in room stocked with soft drinks which I really appreciated on arrival (3 euros each).
