Receptionist was quite rude. Never got a receipt. Never got my reward points. Had to ask what my room number was and where the lifts were. Seemed too interested in chatting to the girl who was then starting her shift and another customer who interrupted us to deal with me.
It’s a shame as the hotel is nice, albeit a bit pricey for what it is, but would have stayed there again. Probably wouldn’t now.

I especially liked that there was a small coffee machine in the room. The hotel is wonderful. Large rooms, large windows, a large and comfortable bed, and very clean. Very tasty breakfasts, everything was prepared with love. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality!)
