Located in Norway's sunniest town, set among charming old timber houses and located next to the small and picturesque Market Square, is the Home Hotel Grimstad.
Featuring free parking, this 1930s Functionalist-style hotel is in the coastal resort town of Fevik. It offers fine dining and a sandy beach. Guests can enjoy an on-site wellness area and free WiFi.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The location of this is easy to find - not far off the E18. The room is basic, and beds comfy. No issues with communication. There are food vans, and a Bunnpris supermarket just across the road - very handy. The breakfast was more than ample. Grimstad is a lovely little seaside town.
Lovely crisp and clean room - compact but well-designed; also freshly refurbished and redecorated.
All day tea and coffee in the light and airy dining area - and cake in the afternoon! The evening meal was also included and was good.
Great location in the heart of Grimstad. I was given a room overlooking a quiet side street - away from the lobby area.
I enjoyed my stay : )
Really lovely old home, nicely renovated and appointed. Only staying 1 night we didn't eat in, but the kitchen was very well appointed and superb coffee in the morning. Very central to the shops, cafes and restaurants of old Grimstad. Welcoming and friendly owner. Very comfortable beds and luxurious linen etc.
Everything. Perfect location in a beautiful town. Gorgeous house, comfortable, generous host supplying tea, coffee, toiletries, a cosy place to sit, information and parking! Lovely room. Private bathroom. Perfect! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in.
