Centrally located on the banks of Waikato River, Novotel Tainui Hamilton offers an award-winning restaurant and a fitness centre.

There were a few small stains on the wall by the bed, like a drink had been spilled. Would have nice to have 2 extra towels. A full menu of the breakfast downstairs would also be helpful

Great location, lots of great eateries and shopping areas nearby. The house was a lovely relaxing place for our team. It was warm, and spacious and the rooms well spaced. Very comfortable beds with quality linen. The grounds are beautifully kept and well designed to ensure privacy from neighbours.

The hosts are lovely. They also had an in-house chef, the stunning 360 views. Nicely tucked away from the city. Very spacious. Lovely room, we stayed in Kakariki room, it was fabulous with gorgeous ached windows.

The hotel felt exclusive - it was tucked away from the road, was designed and decorated well, had a big comfy bed, and we liked the use of recycled material everywhere. The breakfast was an excellent offering and they has non-dairy milk available too. We were upgraded as we went out of season, which was a lovely touch - the bathroom was huge and my partner really enjoyed the bath!

The location was great and the staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The room was huge with lovely high ceilings, however, it was a bit outdated and could do with some new furniture and interior design. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The aircon was great and there was also a window that opened.
