Room was huge and very well appointed with a sofa and two chairs along with small table and chairs. It also had an extra room with twin bed that we didn't need. Our room was located upstairs and I wouldn't say it had a good view but you could see the coast across the street. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown area and restaurants. In March the area is pretty quiet and easy to find parking.

Exactly like the photographs! A charming apartment with a funky design and all the facilities one could ask for. Gordon was very attentive and gave some great restaurant recommendations.
A wonderful solid Art Deco building converted into a stunning boutique hotel with period furniture, set on a quiet street but within the heart of Napier.
Staff were friendly, attentive and good humoured, the hotel spotless, the rooms spacious and quiet and the food excellent.
The property is better than shown in the photos, fabulous interior design, quality linens, easy walking distance to large variety of cafe's and bars also.
I loved the view it was stunning! Such an affordable but lovely motel! I would definitely go back! Was peaceful at night hearing the waves. Accomdated for EVERYTHING!
Fabulous staff, super helpful. Breakfast was lovely and kindly served. Dinner on Thursday night very nice.
Room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Carpark was rather handy too. We love the design and look.
This is an old house on the seafront which has been turned into a boutique B&B with a lot of character. Our room was tastefully if somewhat eccentrically decorated with many attractive and stylish details. There is a breakfast room with a splendid seaview. The hotel advertises affordable luxury and that is a good description.
