We stayed at this property 2 times during our NZ adventure. Both rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel, then later taken to the rental car place. This hotel is located near the airport but in a Quiet neighborly part of town. We stayed in unit #22 + #23 - which had a lovely kitchenette, updated lovely bath, comfortable King Bed and a private exterior courtyard. Bonus!!! Next door (walk to) is a good restaurant/bar located inside a hotel. THIS place is my hotel of choice in Christchurch!

A protected 100-year-old oak tree easily identifies Cranford Oak Motel, which is located 8 minutes’ drive from Christchurch City Center. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free parking.

We were only passing through and arrived in town late with no prebooked accommodation. We found the motel on booking.com and booked it because it was near where we were, so had no real expectations but found it was a little gem at a very good price.

Centrally located, Scenic Hotel Cotswold offers rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen TV. It is just a short walk from Merivale Mall Shopping Center and 10 minutes' walk from Hagley Park.
