The pool was nice and spacious, my family used it more as their room lead straight into the pool area. They were also quite impressed with the room and it's tidiness. I enjoyed how peaceful and calm the hotel was, and how quickly staff came to help me when a problem did occur.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport.

Great rooms, beautiful right by the lake. We had a family emergency and tried to work with the hotel but that was very unsuccessful and they will very much stick to their terms

Unfortunately this the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we were below very noisy people upstairs constantly banging and opening and slamming the ranch slider We have stayed and had a lovely experience this time quite disappointing

Bathroom showed signs of wear but was clean and tidy. Shower over the bath was a little bit difficult to get into (I'm in my seventies and nothing to hold onto as I climb into the bath). I was fortunate to get the last onsite carpark. Receptionist was great in helping me with my luggage. Room was quite hot and I didn't see any way to set the temperature.
