United KingdomLupton Lodge is a short drive to Whangarei and all the shops and restaurants there, but is located in a quiet area. The grounds are large and give it a private feel. Our room was spacious.
Head over to Lupton Lodge's website for tons of info to help you plan your stay. I found this very useful and the owner, Andy, is incredibly helpful and communication was great. Helped set up a diving trip. You can also have dinner at the Lodge (to be arranged beforehand) which we very much enjoyed.

City centre convenience with middle of the bush feel. We took advantage of the lovely walkways in the area, spent time in the town basin, spent the day at the Hunderwasser building. The kitchen is massive and everything you need is there. Bathrooms are amazing and super spacious. The rooms were adorable and super comfy.
