Very friendly and understanding staff, helped me with the reservation mistake I've made, which I am truly grateful for! The hotel is nice, they have an amazing breakfast and the rooms are modern and new. 10 minutes drive from Suntago water park, which is also an advantage. Loved my stay here, would definitely stay here again.
