위치가 매우 좋음. 센트룸이라 트램,버스가 바로 앞에 있음 공항가는 버스도 바로 앞에서 타면 25분 만에 도착. 중심가 바로 앞이라 식당, 까페, 쇼핑, 관광 모두 편리함. 매우 깨끗하고 하우스키핑도 깔끔하게 잘 해줌. 조식은 사진과 대부분 같음. 직원들은 친절한 사람도 있지만 전혀 웃지 않고 무뚝뚝한 사람도 있음.
