With an outdoor infinity pool overlooking Condado Beach, this 4 star resort features a 24-hour casino and several fine dining restaurants. The large guestrooms have private sea view balconies.

It's markets itself as an upscale hotel, and it is 100% not that. Stayed in the Fairmont for the first half of the trip and its head over heels better than la concha.. don't be fooled by the photos. This place needs a big face lift!

    All the glowing reviews are true. This is a lovely, well-cared-for and curated boutique hotel. Lots of small details to make your stay memorable. Super friendly multi-lingual staff. One of the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept in. If this is in your budget range and you want to be near the beach in San Juan, this is an excellent choice.

    The location is amazing. This hotel has such beautiful design and finishes. It's well-appointed, with gorgeous artwork. The staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and very patient with us. It was also easy to walk to some of the wonderful local restaurants and bars.

    The area is great location, decent sized rooms, nicely designed and very clean. The balcony overlooking the ocean is really lovely, plus you are literally right on the beach so amazing to sound of the sea and the ocean view right in front of you.

    Well situated in a residential area within walking distance of shops and great restaurants in Concado, the boutique hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach and also host a very good trendy restaurant. Rooms are big and well equipped. Beds and cushions very comfortable.
