It is well located, close to the beach, all the shops and restaurants, but distant enough not to be disturbed with any noise. A parking space in a garage is a huuuuge perk. The interior design is probably from the ‘90, but if you are OK with that, then you should be happy with the place as it is really comfortable apartment.
