Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Great room, comfortable beds, fantastic choice at breakfast. Easy walk to Marina, the market and the Old Town. Parking on-site.

A unique, beautiful and comfortable hotel stay. The staff were lovely but in the process of being trained, most with very little English (apparently there had been a full sweep of staff changes so most were new). This noticeably affected the speed of service, but if you like a leisurely pace of life it's for you! The managers were experienced and friendly but not always visible/present. We had amended out booking on booking.com a few weeks before and their system hadn't synced so there was a misunderstanding when we first arrived, bit of a shame. The food was exquisite, seriously one of the best breakfasts and dinners I've had! Big shout out to Sidney who could not have done more for us to make our stay so lovely!

Super roof top terrace with great view over the harbor and lagoon especially on sunset or for the breakfast. Nice drinks served. It was even possible to watch storks nearby flying to and from their nests, also lots of swallows flying around there, really nice. The terrace has wind stopping glass walls, so even though it was relatively windy, it was a pleasure to enjoy our time there. Room was also big and comfortable.

Breakfast only started at 8am, which is kinda late for someone with a toddler & it was all done freshly, which delayed it a bit but it was nice & the lady serving it was wonderful!! She was so kind & made a lovely latte!!! The room was massive but the corridor smelled like dampness… also one of the nights someone tried our door by accident, but quickly moved on… another night some guys came back at around 4am & were quite loud but that had nothing to do with the hotel!!!! In general, it’s clean with super comfy beds & lovely staff & an absolute ideal location. Would defo return!!!

Comfortable. Had a problem with the shower and the cleaner spotted it first & it got fixed straight away. Very impressive.
